Infection control in the natural treatment of mange in dogs can be a major problem but it can be handled successfully with the safe silver sol solution. The regular dose for humans is approximately two teaspoons two times a day. If a pet weighs 20 pounds, it should receive one fourth of the human dosage. In most cases, pets take one fourth to one sixth of the normal human dose, but they can safely take up to quadruple doses when they have a problem.
